About Us

Brinsden Kennels was created in 2006 by my husband and I after our long love for the Bulldog breed.

We are situated on 10 acres in rural West Auckland and we share our home with our 10 year old daughter Kyla, our Bulldogs, Spike the Bull Terrier, Chopper the neutered Chihuahua X and our 3 cats.

We work very closely with our very good friend Kay Neale of Sittingbull Kennels and in September 2008 together we imported our first Bulldog "Embolden Montblanc" (Titan) from Embolden Kennels in Australia, in an effort to bring new blood into New Zealand and improve on what we have. We have been successful in gaining Titan's NZ Championship title.

September 2009 signified a new beginning for us when our second import arrived "AUST CH Embolden Simply Divine "(Diva)". She quickly went on to gain her NZ Championship status and a Reserve in Show win at our breed specialty show, just a few months after arriving here. In March 2010 she blessed us with an amazing litter of 6 beautiful boys and from this litter we kept her son "Goliath".

We have recently imported our 3rd Bulldog "Revhed Whatdreamsrmade of". She is the grandaughter of our boy Titan and will contribute some outstanding qualities  to our breeding programme.

Our focus is on improving the breed and all of our breeding dogs/bitches have been fully x-rayed with favourable results.
